The Matchstick Project

The Matchstick Project started eight years ago through Jada lee, a young girl who dreamed of using her God-given musical gifts to impact other children in need. The first Matchstick Project album raised over $30,000 to help start a trade school in Guatemala in partnership with Compassion International to equip young girls with skills to combat the cycle of poverty.

In 2024, we produced a second album with the goal of raising $10,000 to fund a new Survival Program with Compassion. Thanks to generous givers and kids on mission, we have been blown away at the kingdom impact through Matchstick.

Our current ministry focus is foster and adoptive families, and kids in need. We are currently raising $5,000 to support our friends at BCS Together and $2,000 for King Camp scholarships to provide registration for kids in financial need.
